I have a great example of a 1972 K10. The truck is numbers matching on the frame, vin plate, and spid sheet. It starts, idles, and drives very good. I’ve drove it to rod run in Tenn and the truck never had any issues. Engine has been rebuilt and has around 166k miles on it. It was repainted in the mid 90’s. The 3 speed on the column shift great with no issues. The 4wd works good no issues. All lights work on the truck. The truck has had the following parts replaced with the past 3500 miles: heater core, blower motor, front windshield with weather stripping, weather stripping around the doors, long tube headers with 2 1/2 true duals straight out the back, rear drum brakes, 4 core aluminum radiator, body mounts, 6 inch skyjacker lift kit(I have the stock parts to put it back to factory height). 15x12 Bart super trucker bullet holes, 35x14.50x15 thornbirds(85% tread left on them).
The driver side rocker panel has been replaced. The truck has rust in the bottoms of both front fenders, slight surface rust on the roof, very small rust holes in bed and driver side rear quarter panel fender well. Passenger side cab corner has a small dent but no rust. Both door bottoms hve slight rust. Floor is 100% solid and has sound deadening under the floor mats. Only thing wrong with the truck is it needs the front end aligned and tires balanced. No tire shop around near can do it with the size tires it has. I do have a 69 dark green hood I could swap out with the cowl hood on it. I am not wanting to trade unless it’s for a 2010 and up fj cruiser, 69-72 blazer, and 67-72 suburban. I’m asking 19,200 obo.
