Low mileage unmolested military service truck. Have clean title in hand. Is Titled for on road use.
1990 model that has the larger 6.5 l diesel with the heavy duty suspension. Price is negotiable but not far off from what I want. Currently runs and drives great but does need a voltage regulator for the alternator. I can fix this but again price is negotiable. Aside from bad voltage regulator It has been mechanically well maintained. It does have some cosmetic issues but is all original and should be expected for a truck that is 30 years old. I have a handful of spare parts which includes an extra door and original pintle hitch. I see this truck as more of a collector's item than a toy. I have not smashed this thing through mud holes or crashed over rocks etc. It's had an easy life with me and I've tried to preserve and respect it for what it is. I regularly spray fluid film underneath for rust prevention and keep it under and awning as often as possible.
Only considering selling because I've got too many projects on hand and it doesn't get the love it deserves. I've had my fun with it and it's been a blast. It's never let me down but it's time to let someone else have fun with it. Please don't argue about how you can get these all day long for 3 to $5,000 on gov planet or dot mill whatever. If you buy those trucks you better buy three of them so you have enough parts between them put one together. This is a good running titled roadworthy vehicle. It's made for a great recovery vehicle every winter I've had it. It pulls like a tractor and has never been stuck. Asking 20,000.
