1987 Ford Bronco Custom 4x4. 5.8L 351W with C6 Automatic. Purchased in 2019 to tow behind our RV so it comes with the tow bar installed. Works great as an RV tow behind due to the manual transfer case for the 4WD. New parts since 2019. Transfer case 2019. Larger Radiator 2019. Electric radiator fans 2019. BF Goodrich Comp T/A All Terrain tires, have about 8,000 miles, 2019. Pro Comp 15 x 10 inch Rims 2019. Red Head Steering gear 2020. Upgraded 150 amp alternator 2020. New Headlights with HID bulbs 2020 (no brights with these bulbs but they are super bright already on low). Front and rear brakes 2021. New Edelbrock Carburator 2023. Replaced radius arm bushings, axle pivot bushings, sway bar bushings 2023. New Carpet in front 2023. New bedliner behind rear seat and on tailgate 2023. Other various switches have been replaced since 2019 as well. The paint and body is a 6 of 10. It had a lot of rock chips from towing but this has all been touched up.
No Rust.
The truck runs very good and would be a great toy to play in the mud with or just cruise around in. The rear top is removable as well for sunny days.
The bad stuff is that there is some free play in the steering but this is super common on old ford trucks. The new steering gear seems to have developed this play and I have a quote from Red Head to rebuild it for $75. I would do this but at this point I am just ready to sell it. The paint is also not perfect but again there is no rust on the body. The A/C was removed by the previous owner.
Was asking $13,000 now lowered to $12,000 and willing to listen to offers.
