Fully built 1980 K30 Square body squarebody. Dana 60/14 bolt. 4.56 gears. Spartan locker in front. Yukon/Detroit locker in rear. 350 small block, SM465 manual 4 speed, new clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, flywheel. NP205 transfer case. New motor mounts, transfer case mounts. Tom Woods front driveshaft. Shortened and rebuilt rear driveshaft. Edelbrock rv cam, performer intake, rebuilt quadrajet carb, headers, borla stainless dual exhaust. New high amp alternator, new water pump, new fuel pump, new fuel tank and sending unit, new hoses and belts. New heater core. New ignition switch and door locks (keyed alike).
Offroad Design crossover steering, front and rear braided brake lines, HD tubular engine crossmember.
DIY4X shackle flip kit in rear, 52" leafs springs up front, 56" springs in the rear, new greaseable leaf spring bushings all around, heavy duty shackles, heavy duty front shackle hangers, heavy duty front winch bumper with Smittybilt 12,000 pound winch and synthetic rope cable.
Approximately 6" total of lift. Disc brake front and rear. Line locks front and rear. 40" Procomp Extreme MT2 radial tires mounted on Procomp aluminum bead locks. Procomp shocks. Hella H4 headlight conversion. Marine interstate battery. Wheelbase shortened to short bed. (The frame was not cut and welded, the rear suspension was moved forward and excess frame cut from rear. Could be converted back to long wheelbase) Steel tube rear bumper. Cab floor has been bedlined. All new door seals, glass seals. New seat cover. New dash pad. New door panels. New windshield and gasket. poly body mounts.
The truck is built. Just about everything has been rebuilt, replaced and/or upgraded. Truck has approximately 36,000 original miles. (I have documentation)
The truck runs and drives good. The suspension is not stiff like most lifted trucks. It was built to be a street legal rock crawler but has never been in the rocks or mud bogged. I have driven the truck approximately 2000 miles since built, mostly street, and have had zero issues. I have had it on the river and done some light trail riding and the truck performs great. I have also had it on the turnpike doing 70 mph.
